Check-Out Periods & Overdue Fines
Library materials are checked out for two week
intervals. All materials (including DVD/VHS movies) may be
renewed once. Renewals may be requested
over the phone by calling 865-3307 or on-line by the patron from the
convenience of his/her home or office. Special Note: Movies may be borrowed from
the library for a maximum of
4 weeks (the original check-out period plus one renewal for a
total of 4 weeks) without
exception.
If an item has been reserved by another patron, we will not be able to renew it when you call or stop in.
Overdue fines for all materials except DVD & VHS movies is $.20 per day, per title.
Overdue fines for movies is $5.00 per day, per title. Overdue fines on videos and DVDs are used to buy more titles for this collection as they are not funded in the library budget.
Materials must be checked in before the library closes
for the day to avoid fines.
If you are looking to update your resume or check your
email we offer our computer lab to help with your tasks. Eight
computers with hi-speed internet are available in half hour
sessions. If there is no waiting list you may sign up for another
session. We also offer wireless computer access.
Printing in the lab is $.25 per page for adult users and $.10 for students.
We are also very pleased to be able to offer patrons
basic computer instruction on Thursday mornings from 9:30 - 11
am. Nadine Martin, a
self-employed computer savy instructor, is graciously volunteering her
time. PLEASE
CALL (865-3307) before 10 am if you plan on coming for her assistance.
